Below is a picture of 18 acres of Hay Grazer we planted. We have been feeding our goats Hay Grazer for 7 years and growing it for the last three years. Hay Grazer is a hybrid of Sorghum and Sudan grass that is very sweet and the goats love it. It was planted extra thick  and is being cut at a lower height to minimize the size of the stem. We bale our own hay into small square bales around 50 lbs a bale. Bales are tied with twine.

We will be doing our second baling of the hay July 14, 2008. We will have some for sale to other goat breeders in our area. It can be picked out of the field on June 15-18 for $4.50 a bale.
